Technical Business Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a purpose-driven organisation and play a key role in improving how business processes, data and technology work together to support critical operational outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse complex business processes, information flows and data requirements
• Investigate how data is collected, managed, integrated and consumed across multiple systems
• Translate business, reporting and data needs into clear requirements and business rules
• Support the replacement and enhancement of key operational systems
• Contribute to solution design, testing, implementation and change activities
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes and ways of working
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to bring together diverse stakeholder perspectives
• Understand the broader organisational impacts of change and ensure solutions address underlying business needs

What we're looking for

• Senior-level Business Analysis experience in complex operational, technical or data-rich environments
• Strong process analysis, requirements gathering and business rules definition skills
• Excellent systems thinking and the ability to understand dependencies and impacts
• Experience working across business and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
• The ability to simplify complexity and challenge assumptions constructively
• Experience supporting solution delivery through design, testing and implementation
• Comfort using modern AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis
