-Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.

-Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).

-Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
