Business Support Executive (1-year contract, renewable)

This role will be employed by LOGISTEED Singapore and deployed to Hitachi High-Tech Singapore (HHTS).

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5:30pm

WFH arrangements available, subject to operational needs and manager approval.

The Business Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient business operations. The role is responsible for procurement activities, supplier relationship management, inventory planning, analyzing business data, and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality, cost and delivery expectations.
• Monitor inventory and material utilization, providing insights and recommendations to support inventory planning and business performance.
• Analyze procurement, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support decision-making, optimize resource utilisation, and ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses to support business planning and management reviews.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
