Acestes is a Singapore company operating across security, investigations, training, consultancy and technology solutions.

We have ambitious plans for the next two years, and we are looking for a driven and ambitious HR Executive to join us at an important stage of our growth.

This is not a traditional HR administrative role.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up, take on increasing responsibility and eventually become a key member of our management and HR function.

Your Role

You will support and eventually take ownership of areas including:

• Recruitment and manpower planning
• Employee onboarding and offboarding
• Employee records and HR administration
• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
• Training and employee development
• Employee relations and staff engagement
• HR policies and procedures
• HR systems and process improvement
• Manpower reporting and workforce planning
• HR projects supporting company expansion
• Other HR and business-related projects assigned by management

📚 We Expect You to Learn

As you develop, you will be expected to build a strong working knowledge of Singapore HR and manpower requirements, including:

• Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements
• Employment Act
• CPF requirements
• Leave and working-hour requirements
• Employment contracts and statutory obligations
• Work pass and foreign manpower requirements
• Progressive Wage requirements
• Tripartite guidelines and fair employment practices
• Other applicable employment legislation and regulations

You are not expected to know all of these on your first day.

However, you must have the ability and willingness to research, understand and apply regulations correctly, and eventually be able to provide management with informed HR advice.

🧠 We Are Looking For

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

You may have:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• 0–2 years of working experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills

Regardless of your department, we believe that you should understand the actual business we operate.

As part of our development programme, you will undergo basic security training and work towards becoming a certified Security Officer.

You will therefore gain first-hand exposure to our operations, officers, deployments, clients and the realities of running a security company.
