HR Executive (Payroll)

Job Description:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage statutory payroll-related submissions, including IRAS filings, CPF contributions, and other mandatory reports.
• Maintain payroll records and generate relevant reports for management.
• Stay updated on statutory and regulatory requirements affecting payroll and reporting.
• Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance
• Assist with HR audits and reporting.
• Prepare and submit OED reports and related documentation to the relevant authorities.
• Track submission deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of OED submissions.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Any other duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Infotech Systems / Infotech payroll software is an added advantage.
