Job description

Are you a natural relationship-builder who knows the Asheville healthcare community and loves turning connections into meaningful growth?

At Home Harmony is seeking an energetic, driven Community Relations & Business Development Representative to expand our presence throughout Asheville and the surrounding area. You'll be the face of At Home Harmony in the community—building trusted relationships and connecting older adults and their families with innovative, high-quality care delivered where they need it most.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow referral relationships with senior living communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, hospice providers, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare partners
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Asheville market
  • Generate new patient referrals for our in-home primary care, dementia care, transitional care, and GUIDE Model services
  • Make regular in-person visits to referral partners and healthcare organizations
  • Represent At Home Harmony at networking events, health fairs, educational programs, and community events
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to create a seamless experience for referral partners and new patients
  • Track referral activity, conversions, and market trends

Who We're Looking For

You're a self-starter, connector, and relationship-builder who is comfortable getting out into the community, opening doors, and developing long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of healthcare sales, physician relations, community relations, or business development experience
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience independently managing a territory
  • Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience in senior care, home-based care, home health, hospice, assisted living, dementia care, or value-based care is especially valuable. Existing relationships within the Asheville healthcare and senior care community are a strong plus.

Why At Home Harmony?

This is an opportunity to do more than develop business. You'll help expand access to care for older adults, individuals living with dementia, and families who need greater support—while playing an important role in the growth of an innovative healthcare organization.

Compensation:

$60,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience

Benefits include:

Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Health savings account Paid time off Free parking

Ready to put your relationships and healthcare experience to work in a role where you can make a measurable impact? We'd love to hear from you.
