Position: Business Development Manager
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours
Compensation:
- Base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Territory: Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, & NELA
Summary:
- Build institutional and property management book of business
- To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
- To promote the services of Paul Davis
- To build industry relationships
Responsibilities:
- Identify, scope, & win new jobs
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and client calls
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
- Enforce Brand Standards
- Manage CRM, manage marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, and referrals
- Monthly sales meeting with National Director of Sale & Marketing
- Attend business networking functions to promote the business
- Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
- Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite & HubSpot (or like) CRM
