Duties

- Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and share best practices.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and follow-up purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
