Front Desk Coordinator – Tranquil Traditions Spa

Tranquil Traditions is a growing spa dedicated to providing customized massage, skincare, and wellness experiences in a calm and supportive environment. We’re looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our spa and ensure every guest’s experience starts and ends with care.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling and appointments through Vagaro booking software
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
- Process payments, memberships, and gift card sales
- Support therapists and estheticians by keeping the schedule organized and flowing smoothly
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and lounge area
- Assist with retail sales, promotions, and client education on spa services
- Uphold company policies and support a culture of integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client care
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience (spa/salon/fitness preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers and booking software (experience with Vagaro is a plus and G-Suite)
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends as needed
