The Fairfield Inn & Suites Bardstown is currently look for a FT front desk associate to work our Night Audit post from 10pm-6am.
We are looking for someone reliable who is eager to be a part of our Fairfield family and culture.
Work Requirements
- Responding to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert appropriate manager as needed
- Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts
- Closing, balancing and making necessary corrections to guest accounts
- Investigating and analyzing out-of-balance situations and make adjustments or corrections when needed
- Complete various audit reports on the computer
- Verify room rates are accurate and posts rates to guest accounts
- Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts
- Be aware of all emergency procedures and how to respond in the event of various types of emergencies
- Other duties as assigned
