About the role
In this influential leadership role, you will drive the performance of RoadTek's operational systems and governance, operational application support and continuous improvement functions.
You will:
- Lead the management and support of critical operational ICT systems to ensure they meet business, departmental and contractual requirements.
- Oversee RoadTek's integrated business management systems, including quality, safety and environmental management systems.
- Lead quality, assurance, audit, risk and certification requirements.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement and ICT initiatives using effective project and program management methodologies.
- Drive organisational change and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, corporate service providers and external organisations.
- Contribute to business planning, budgets and performance measures.
- Lead and develop teams to achieve strong operational outcomes.

This is a fixed-term temporary, full-time AO8 opportunity to 4 June 2027, with possible extension, based at 313 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.
