Executive Assistant I

Paramount Pictures - Hollywood, CA

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the President of Music.

  • Maintains complex calendar, contacts, and updates for President, Motion Picture Music
  • Screens heavy call and email volume, rolls calls, updates call sheet, arranges appropriate follow-ups
  • Arranges and record meetings, calls, and event facilities for President, Motion Picture Music
  • Drafts emails and notices for executive
  • Coordinates frequent and complex travel itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings for President, Motion Picture Music
  • Monitors and submits expense reports
  • Purchases gifts, prepare for presentation and delivery
  • Maintains detailed physical and digital files of corporate documents
  • Maintains organization and distribution of mail, office supplies, and storage inventories
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+years related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Additional Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
  • Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities
