We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Duties
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain and organize the Outlook Calendar for executives, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and ensure timely processing of contracts and agreements.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and support organizational goals.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with DocuSign.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that reflect professionalism and clarity.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,176.00 per year
