Multi-billion-dollar private equity firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of real estate focused investment professionals. This firm invests in employee growth, offers training opportunities and this role has career path potential beyond only support work!

Responsibilities

  • Dynamic calendar management
  • Travel coordination (International & Domestic)
  • Assist with planning board meetings
  • Ad hoc project based work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • ~5+ years of experience as an EA

Salary: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 /year
