Our Office Coordinator position is a skill-building journey for those who wish to challenge themselves by managing the workflow of the office by creating processes and systems to enhance our firm’s operations.
If you are extremely organized, detail oriented, and have an optimistic “can do” personality that thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, we are looking for you. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc)
  • Calendar meeting requests for the leadership team
  • Support meeting and conferencing needs
  • Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the leadership team (e.g., book flights, hotels, rental cars, meetings, etc.)
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
  • Manage expenses for the leadership team on a monthly basis
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities
  • Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition
  • Maintain office equipment (aka ensure copiers are operational and fully stocked with toner, paper, etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a service-oriented environment and maintain healthy relationships with team members, senior leaders and clients
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Commitment to high-quality
