Our growing CPA firm is looking for a full-time receptionist to answer phones, schedule meetings and assist with general office duties.

At least 3 years’ experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, computer skills, organization and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to multitask required.

Primary Job Description:

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

Take and relay messages if necessary

Provide information to callers

Greet persons entering the office

Knowledge of staff movements

Provide general administrative support

Prepare correspondence and documents


Conference room bookings & maintenance

Education and Experience:


Relevant Experience

Knowledge of administrative procedures

Knowledge of customer service

Ability to work a switchboard


Be reliable

Have initiative

Have excellent verbal and written skills

Professional personal presentation

Be organized

Good attention to detail
