Overview: This position is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services necessary for the company's operation.
Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Sort invoices and confirm appropriate approvals
- Enter, code and process all invoices
- Process all checks
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00/Hr - $25.00/Hr Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
