Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the facility, including overseeing staff, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinate and implement memory care programs to support residents with cognitive impairments
- Supervise medication administration processes to guarantee accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with social work professionals to provide comprehensive support for residents and their families
- Develop and maintain relationships with home community care providers for seamless transitions and holistic care
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize resources and enhance resident services
- Lead and motivate staff through effective communication, training, and performance management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assisted living administration with a focus on memory care
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and operations management
- Knowledge of dementia care best practices and medication administration protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards common goals
- Background in social work or related fields is a plus
