Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality grooming services to clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong barbering skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the client experience.

Duties

Perform various hair cutting and styling techniques, including fades, shaves, and trims.
Provide additional grooming services such as nail care and eyelash extensions as needed.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client flow.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and drive retail sales.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices in techniques and customer service best practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with basic store management tasks.

Skills

Proficient in barbering techniques with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive client experience.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail math principles.
Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced staff members.
Knowledge of nail care practices is a plus.
Familiarity with eyelash extension application is desirable but not required.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
