**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, particularly those with long-term care needs. **Duties:**
- Provide patient care and support, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks, with the ability to cook simple meals when needed.
- Assist with household chores and laundry to maintain a clean and organized living space.
- Provide transportation and escort residents to appointments and activities.
- Offer social work support and engage in conversation to help residents feel comfortable and valued.
- Observe patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to management.
- Develop a rapport with residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience working in home care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, transfer, and move residents as needed.
- Basic knowledge of patient care practices.
- Experience with cooking simple meals and household chores.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals.
- Have stable transportation with insurance
