Oversee scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery
- Support recruiting and shift coverage with the Operations Specialist
- Build systems to improve shift compliance and retention
- Maintain regulatory and quality compliance
Lead caregiver hiring, onboarding, and training
- Implement an accountability model and coach team members
- Foster a high-performance, client-focused team culture
Weekly care hours increase 15% each quarter
- Reliable shift coverage and low call-out rates

Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, business, or related field)
- 3+ years in home care, senior care, hospice, or healthcare operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient with scheduling tools, CRMs, spreadsheets
- Willing to travel throughout the North Austin area
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000
- Performance-Based Raises: Your salary will grow directly with business performance, including milestones like increased weekly care hours, client growth, and team scalability.
