Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone systems, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest concerns and requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for guest information and hotel records.
- Utilize computer systems effectively, including Google Suite, for daily operations.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and managing phone systems efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Experience as a clerk or in similar roles is preferred.
- Competence in using computerized systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
