We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a important role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Good communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle guest relations effectively is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Making reservations and room assignments using hotel computer software.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including handling incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of guest services.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Good communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests, but not required.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel computer software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
