Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations and provide accurate information regarding room availability.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room and lobby readiness.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
