Job Overview
As Front Desk and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functionality for the doctor and patients. This role blends administrative, marketing, and patient care duties to create an efficient, welcoming, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment schedule
- Keep up with email correspondence
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Abide by HIPAA laws
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Enter patient charges and process payments
- Coordinate marketing efforts
- Collaborate with doctor, practice manager, and staff to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
- Follow office procedures accurately, consistently, and in a professional manner
- Assist with Chiropractic therapies
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn our Practice Management Software
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- A proactive attitude toward improving clinic outreach and visibility
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality and self-motivation
- Professional demeanor
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of patient information
- Willingness to undergo additional training to assist with Chiropractic therapies

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
