We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. SHIFTS ARE MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 3-8
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle cash register operations and cash handling with accuracy.
- Assist with product demos and upselling services or products when appropriate.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including stocking supplies as needed.
- Provide support in supervising daily activities at the front desk.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and record keeping.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions.
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively.
- Supervisory skills to oversee front desk operations when necessary.
