We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist/Manager to join our team . As a Front Desk Reception/Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication and computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.
Duties:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Check patients in and out efficiently, processing payments and handling appointments.
- Processing insurance claims.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and scheduling
- Handle patient's requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a dental office
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of dental assisting preferred
- Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental) preferred
