Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our booking system.
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing client paperwork.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or salon environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating scheduling systems
