Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and experience in a reception or administrative position, preferably within a dental or medical setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently to optimize time for staff and clients.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer support.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
