Overview:
We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is extremely detail oriented, has a hard work ethic, is assertive, and has experience in dealing with managing a front desk. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- When in office, greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize EHR system to complete various administrative tasks.
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing or cleaning up as needed
-Completing tasks in the timeframe expected as they are communicated to you by the owner.
**Note responsibilities may increase over time after it has been demonstrated that the current tasks are being completed successfully.
Skills:
**Absolutely necessary for this candidate to be very detail oriented, listen to instructions & implement the tasks accurately, and be highly responsive via email to the owner.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of confidentiality within this field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of basic software applications.
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Capable of handling office management duties with attention to detail.
