We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investor Relations Analyst – ANALYST to join our team and help communicate Siemens Healthineers' financial and strategic story to investors and stakeholders.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – ANALYST will support the IR team by preparing investor materials, analyzing market data, and facilitating investor communications. This role offers hybrid work flexibility and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing earnings releases, presentations, investor FAQs, and other communication materials.
Analyze financial data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
Monitor shareholder activity and analyst coverage, providing updates to leadership.
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM tools.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging.
Support quarterly earnings calls and investor events.
Qualifications
4–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or similar roles.
Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (based on experience)
