We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Investor Relations Analyst – COMPLIANT to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on ensuring that all investor communications and disclosures meet regulatory compliance standards, supporting the company's commitment to ethical and transparent practices.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – COMPLIANT will work closely with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to manage regulatory filings, monitor compliance with securities laws, and support transparent investor communications. The position offers flexible hybrid work options and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure investor communications and disclosures comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory filings, including SEC reports and earnings releases.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance departments to monitor compliance risk and maintain best practices.
Maintain documentation and disclosure calendars to meet all filing deadlines.
Support investor relations events with a focus on regulatory compliance and transparency.
Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting investor relations and disclosure requirements.
Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Compliance, Financial Reporting, or related fields.
Strong understanding of securities regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SEC filing software or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related discipline.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
