Join PMSI as an Investor Reporting/Investor Accounting Analyst II working on Private Investors, where you’ll take on meaningful work that impacts our investor relationships and bottom line. What You’ll Do
- Perform the 7 R’s: Reporting, Remitting, Reconciliation, Research, Root Cause Identification, Resolution, and Remediation.
- Analyze investor-level data to ensure accuracy and flag cash exceptions before they become costly mistakes.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to provide insight, offer solutions, and implement action plans.
- Track performance metrics, identify trends, and explain variances that matter.
- Recommend and implement at least two process improvements per year, automation, communication flow, reporting efficiency, or something new!
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross-team training and collaboration.
- Support investor compliance through timely, accurate reporting and checklist completion.
What You Bring
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with ICE MSP.
- Understanding of investor reporting requirements and servicing guides.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field (GPA 3.5+ preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in Investor Reporting, or Mortgage Servicing
- ICE MSP experience or knowledge of servicing systems
- Advanced degree preferred
