We are seeking a driven and analytical Investor Relations Analyst to join our team and help communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and long-term value to the investment community.
Position Summary
As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the investor relations function by helping to prepare financial materials, analyze market activity, and engage with institutional investors and analysts.
This role offers flexible hybrid work arrangements and is open to both part-time and full-time candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of investor materials, including earnings presentations, Q&A documents, annual reports, and investor presentations.
Conduct competitive analysis, monitor peer performance, and summarize market trends.
Assist with planning and executing investor events such as earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and shareholder tracking tools.
Provide timely internal updates to leadership on investor sentiment and analyst coverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Communications, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable SEC and corporate disclosure regulations.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
