We are seeking a skilled and motivated Investor Relations Analyst – FUNDING to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on analyzing funding strategies, communicating capital allocation plans, and supporting investor relations activities.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – FUNDING will assist in preparing and communicating information regarding Siemens Healthineers' funding activities, capital markets transactions, and financial strategy. This position offers flexible hybrid work options and is open to full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing investor communications related to funding activities, capital allocation, and financial strategies.
Analyze funding sources, debt and equity markets, and capital structure to provide insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and capital market events.
Monitor market conditions and investor sentiment regarding funding and capital management.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM tools.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure compliance and consistent messaging.
Assist in preparing regulatory filings and disclosures related to funding activities.
Qualifications
4–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, or related fields.
Strong financial analysis skills, especially in capital markets and funding strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
