Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will primarily provide support to the management and Sales to help manage the company day to day operation. With functions including staff Management, Scheduling, Filing, tracking of payments and tracking day to day operations.
MUST BE SUPER DYNAMIC. EXCELLENT MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, EMAILS, GOOGLE SHEETS, OR THE INTERNET!
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
-Sales oriented - Convert prospects into customers
-Providing products details to customers online/phone/walk-ins.
-Maintaining files/Reports.
-Answering phone calls and prompt follow ups with customers.
-Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
-Great Customer Service, Phone Work, Emails along with other -Customer Service duties

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization, time-management skills. Multi-tasking is essential
- Punctual, reliable and dedicated
- Maintain a professional appearance and professional demeanor
- Must be cordial and responsive in dealing with clients, employees and vendors
Mon-Fri 1PM-7PM , Sat 10AM-3PM
Good Payrate based on experience. Prefer bilingual. Must has driver license and own commute.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
