Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in office management software, including QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise front desk activities, including handling incoming calls.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records accurately.
- Organize office layout and maintain supplies inventory to support operational needs.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in payroll processing is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
