Job Summary
Starke Tree Care is searching for a skilled tree groundsman to join our tree service company. The tree groundsman duties include report to team crew leader, collect and pile branches, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure hazard-free work areas.
Duties
- Assist Arborist with tree removal, pruning, and debris disposal.
- Learn techniques and proper use of tools from more experienced crew members.
- Safely using tools and equipment such as chipper and chainsaws.
- Ensure all sites are kept clean and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Skills
- Experience with tree trimming and care procedures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
