Tree Service Crew Member
Location: Vicksburg, MI
Job Type: Full-Time (4–5 days/week, 8-12hr shifts.

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Tree Service Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves operating heavy equipment, chainsaws, and trucks with trailers, as well as performing job site cleanup. Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment and chainsaws
- Drive trucks with attached trailers to and from job sites
- Perform operator-level (1st echelon) maintenance on equipment and saws, blowers and other outdoor power equipment
- Assist with tree removal, pruning, and related tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site through raking and debris removal
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts, 4–5 days per week
- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in tree service or operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
