Job Scope

- Conduct outbound calls and occasional field visits to collect survey data from assigned companies.

- Assist respondents in completing surveys and provide guidance when required.

- Update call outcomes, survey records, and case notes accurately in Excel and designated systems.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of completed survey data.

- Adhere to SOPs, project guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.

- Track and follow up on assigned cases to achieve survey completion targets.

- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

- Support administrative duties and rectify data collection errors when required.

Requirements

- Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

- Experience in customer service, call centre operations, survey research, or account handling is preferred.

- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with CRM or case management systems.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and accurate in data entry.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
