Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in supporting our office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the real estate sector. A background in property management or real estate is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the process of listing homes: schedule photography, ensure home is staged for photos, data entry in the MLS take matterport scans for virtual tour, install signs, manage lockboxes & keys
- Help educate clients on the showing system and explain to them what to expect
- Enter listing details into the MLS, our showing software, and internal systems
- Handle marketing efforts: create and post listing content on social media, prepare print materials
- Manage listing changes including price updates, open houses, etc.
- Manage inventory of signs & lockboxes
- Answer the office phone and greet guests, take earnest money and provide receipts, assist with agent onboarding paperwork
- Support the team with various admin tasks that keep us running efficiently
Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships and service-oriented.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales processes is beneficial.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
