Client Experience & Front Desk Excellence:
- Greet clients with professionalism and care, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Guide new clients through service options, prepare intake forms, and set clear expectations
- Manage scheduling and ensure a smooth client flow throughout the day
Operations & Admin:
- Maintain daily spa operations and ensure the space is clean and organized
- Process payments, update client records in the CRM, and support reporting needs
- Monitor and order inventory to avoid supply disruptions
Marketing & Brand Engagement:
- Assist with content ideas and client-facing campaigns (optional but a plus)
- Support client testimonial gathering and occasional social media engagement
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales, front desk, or client-facing role (spa, salon, medical office, or retail preferred)
- Strong sales instincts with the ability to recommend, upsell, and close
- Excellent verbal and written English; bonus if you speak Ukrainian, Russian, or Spanish
- Social media fluency—especially Instagram and chat-based communication
- CRM or booking software experience is a plus
- Organized, adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and a strong multitasker
- Flexible availability, including some evenings or Saturdays
