We're looking for a resourceful HR administrator to help deliver a wonderful employee experience for our employees. You will love this role if you are great at coordinating, solving problems, and making things work.

We're on plan to grow our 500-strong headcount heavily in the next 12 months with offices in London, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Wroclaw, and this role will be essential to support the growth of the teams in the London office.

In the first 12 months you will:
  • Manage the pre-onboarding process for temp employees and independent contractors working our amazing experiences such as sending offer letter, onboarding new hires into systems, assisting with all communication and correspondence.
  • Assist with the onboarding of temp and full time staff by verifying I-9 document, entering data into HRIS, preparing payroll reports for temp/hourly employees.
  • Act as a liaison between temporary employees and company people team, escalate any issues.
  • Support the US People team with People admin activities such as performing audits, processing changes in the HRIS and organizing and performing new hire check-in meetings.
