As an office receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients you must have excellent verbal and written skills. You must be able to clearly communicate with clients on the phone and in person. You should be comfortable talking with people. Must be a hard worker with a bubbly personality. Kind, caring, diligent should be words that describe you. You will be working closely with our sales managers and our product specialists.
Job duties include but not limited to:
-Welcoming guests and greet customers who visit the dealership.
-Answering busy phones, transferring calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages if needed.
-Cleaning/stocking customer lounge (i.e. making cookies, stocking fridge, refilling coffee machines, etc.)
-Occasional business office assistant work (i.e. filing, making copies, moving boxes, etc.)
-Keeping track of clients that enter the showroom.
-Create and maintain a quality, professional work environment.
-Sort incoming and outgoing postal mail.
- Complete report sheets.
-Other duties asked by management.
-Excellent customer service.
-Familiar with using a multi-line phone system.
-Demonstrate computer literacy.
-Possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful conditions.
-Ability to read well and comprehend instructions and information.
-Able to work nights and weekends.
-Professional personal appearance.
-Ability to work well with customers and present a friendly, helpful attitude always.
