What We Need from You:
- Manage calendars, emails, calls, and coordinate between administrative, dispatch, and operations teams.
- Organize digital and physical files with accuracy and quick retrieval.
- Assist with technician onboarding tasks including phones, vehicles, and supplies.
- Update ERP system records for customer setup, agreements, and schedules.
- Track payroll hours, submit weekly payroll reports to supervisor.
- Prepare and deliver operational and performance reports on schedule.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
- 1+ year experience in administration, bookkeeping, or payroll assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work on a computer.
- Comfort working in an office setting with occasional warehouse or field coordination needs.
BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20–$22/hour, depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
