Experienced Tree Climber

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Experienced Tree Climber to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing and care tasks, including pruning, trimming, and removal, while adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly goals and ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Uphold Truetimber's core values of Drive, Respect, and Loyalty in all interactions and tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree climbing within the Tree Care Industry.
• Willingness to obtain the ISA Certified Arborist Certification.
• Familiarity with ANSI industry standards for climber safety and pruning.
• Valid VA Drivers License.
• Willingness to obtain a Class "B" CDL License upon hire (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain First-Aid/CPR certification upon hire (training provided).
• Ability to work additional hours during peak seasons or weather-related situations.
• Demonstration of basic climbing skills during the interview process.

Offered compensation: $20/hr - $30/hr

Experience and License Requirements

• 3+ years experience climbing trees in the Tree Care Industry.
• Must be familiar with ANSI industry standards in climber safety and pruning.
• Must be willing and able to work additional hours during peak season or weather-related situations.
• Must be willing to demonstrate basic climbing skills during the interview process.
• Must be willing to obtain Class B CDL License upon hire. (Training provided)
• Must have a valid VA Drivers License and be able to produce a clean driving record.
• Must have or be willing to obtain First-Aid/CPR certification upon hire. (Training provided)
• Must have or be willing to obtain the ISA Certified Arborist Certification.
• Must pass a background check, MVR check and DOT pre-employment physical examination and drug screen
