Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for guests from check-in to check-out, and it requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. We are open to hiring a couple as well as offering a discounted rate for on-site housing.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction regarding room conditions.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette for managing calls professionally.
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficient in using phone systems and basic office software.
