We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing our hotel in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
