We take great pride in making our homeowners’ dream kitchens and bathrooms come true. We work with individual homeowners as well as local construction companies, cabinet companies, Designers, and their clients to provide excellent customer service and design for their homes.
- We are looking for an Office Receptionist to provide excellent customer service for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can give our customers the most professional and knowledgeable experience when they visit our showroom will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, recommend solutions, and provide personalized customer service for each project. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer requests will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our showroom with the best customer service experience. You will contribute to the quality experience and friendly professional customer service that we are known for in our community.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and helping clients in our showroom for material and accessory/product selections
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to book and verify appointments with professionalism and friendliness
- Administrative tasks, general administrative support, and sales assistant as needed
- Data entry for proposals, invoices, and client information for scheduling
- Filing and maintaining the organizational system needed for our workspace
- Utilize standard office equipment have experience using Microsoft office as needed
- Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and the ability to learn and use our commercial dispatch system
- Great communication skills for billing collections and material orders
- Ability to proactively work independently, handle multiple projects at once, prioritize work, and anticipate and meet established deadlines
- Maintain accurate project book information and update changes in real time as needed to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction of projects
- Maintain a neat and tidy showroom for our clients including dusting, wiping surfaces down regularly, and returning material samples to appropriate locations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of materials and business is a plus but not required if you are willing to learn
- Multitasker who is diligent and organized, and who has a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered
- At least two years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Respectfulness, honesty, and integrity are a must
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) working knowledge of all office equipment
- Capability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred
- Eligible to legally work in the United States
- Be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
