Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records.
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Support administrative functions as required by management.
- Collecting and recording client payments.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
